Yes. The Cape Town Doctor (South Africa, winter 30+ knot wind, 50 km Miller's Point-Fish Hoek downwind) is covered. South Africa shark risks are included.

Yes. Extreme physical exhaustion in a long-distance race (4-6h of continuous paddling, dehydration, heatstroke) is covered. Evacuation and post-effort care are included.

Yes. Shark attacks (rare but documented on the Cape Town Doctor in South Africa) are fully covered. Emergency care and reconstruction if needed are handled.
