At actual cost. ICF Wave Ski World Championship (Hawaii, Portugal, Spain, South Africa, Australia), FFCK Championships, world spots (Hossegor, Anglet, Mundaka, Jeffrey's Bay, Pipeline Hawaii): we organise medical repatriation from any country.

Kayak Surf Competition option

The Kayak Surf Competition add-on covers the ICF Wave Ski World Championship, FFCK championships, HP surf kayak (High Performance short kayak with fins) and IC (International Class), Open/Senior waveski classes and 2-4 metre big-wave sessions.

Disability benefit

Up to €200,000 per person. Big-condition kayak surf (2-4 metre waves) cumulates surf risks (reef impacts, wash hold-down) and kayak risks (essential Eskimo roll, kayak hitting the pilot). Hawaii Pipeline or Spain Mundaka sessions remain particularly dangerous.

Why is Kayak Surf insurance essential?

Kayak surf adapts the kayak to oceanic wave riding. Two disciplines coexist: surf kayak (a decked short kayak with Eskimo roll) and waveski (an open seated kayak with a foot strap). The ICF Wave Ski World Championship organises the world championships and the FFCK federates the discipline in France. Competition spots range from Hossegor to Mundaka, Jeffrey's Bay and Hawaii Pipeline. Risks cumulate surf dangers (reef impact, hold-down) and kayak dangers (mandatory Eskimo roll, kayak projected against the pilot).
