Yes. Class 1 Offshore (2000 hp two-seat catamarans in open sea, 250+ km races in the Mediterranean, North Sea and Atlantic) is covered with the Powerboat Racing Competition add-on. Sea rescue is included.

Yes. The Rouen 24-Hour powerboat race (on the Seine, a mythic European event in May) is covered with the Powerboat Racing Competition add-on. Crew relays and cumulative-fatigue risks are included.

No. The survival cell (a mandatory sealed closed cockpit in F1H2O and Class 1) protects but does not reduce covered incidents. All race accidents, with or without a functional cell, are covered.
