Why is long-distance running insurance essential?

Long-distance running (5000, 10000 m and cross country) is built on endurance, high training volumes and a steady pace over long efforts. This repeated load and the impacts on hard ground place heavy strain on the tendons, shins and joints, and overtraining or dehydration causes tendinitis, stress fractures, heat stress and muscle problems. Even in training, the accumulated kilometres take their toll. A federation licence and standard contracts cover these accidents poorly, and the costs of care and rehabilitation add up.

A dedicated personal accident insurance takes over: medical costs, care, rehabilitation and disability are covered according to your guarantees, in training and in World Athletics competition. You can progress with a free mind.
