Ice injury healthcare expenses

Up to €150,000. Deep cuts from another rider's studs, high-speed impact fractures, hypothermia after prolonged fall, bone trauma : ice motorcycle imposes specific risks.

Transport and repatriation

At actual cost. Russia competition, Val Thorens trophy round, Swedish ice speedway : we organise medical repatriation from any Nordic country.

Ice Competition option

The Competition add-on covers races at FIM Ice Speedway World Championship, ice trophy events and European rounds in Nordic countries.

Disability benefit

Up to €200,000 per person. Stud injuries (deep lacerations) and high-speed impacts can cause consequences : nerve damage, ligament injuries, neurological consequences.

Why is ice motorcycle insurance essential?

Ice motorcycle uses studded tyres that maximise grip but turn every crash into deep laceration risk from other riders' studs. Practice happens at extreme temperatures (-10 to -25°C), adding hypothermia risk. A federation licence covers part of the costs but caps are often insufficient for emergency vascular surgery.
