Why is Formula 3 insurance essential?

Formula 3 is the key step training future F1 drivers : open-wheel single-seater ~250 km/h, 30 drivers on track (vs 20 in F1 and 22 in F2), ultra-dense pack at start. Young drivers (16-21 years) from karting take their first single-seater steps with significant learning curve. National F3 championships (Italian, German, Spanish) host even more beginners. Collision risk is statistically higher than F2.
