Why is Formula 2 insurance essential?

Formula 2 is the last step before Formula 1: close packs, standing starts and two races per weekend on the same circuits as the elite. Licences and standard contracts cover these accidents poorly, and medical or evacuation costs climb very quickly after a crash at these speeds.

A dedicated personal accident insurance takes over: medical expenses, evacuation, repatriation and disability are covered according to your guarantees, in testing as in racing. You can then attack every lap with a free mind.

Yes, with the Competition add-on. FIA F2 pre-season collective tests at Sakhir (Bahrain) in February/March, gathering 22 drivers from 11 teams, are covered during the 3 days of running totalling several hundred km per day.

Yes. The F2 format includes a feature race (120 km, mandatory pit stop, Saturday) and a sprint race (90 km, Sunday morning before F1 GP). Both races are covered, including the top-10 reverse grid on the sprint that mixes positions and increases start collision risk. Explore our plans.

The fatal Anthoine Hubert accident at Spa-Francorchamps in 2019 led the FIA to reinforce F2 chassis lateral structures and modify the Raidillon layout. Our cover handles extreme claims including consequences of this type of 250+ km/h lateral impact.
