F1 reaches 350+ km/h with hybrid engine and unlimited budget (Ferrari, Mercedes, Red Bull). F2 caps at 330 km/h with standardised Mecachrome 620 hp engine. Risks are similar but F2 stacks double race per weekend (feature + sprint), increasing incident statistics. Our cover handles both with same caps.
