Why insure your zip line practice?

Zip lines launch you at up to 100 km/h above valleys and forests: braking that arrives suddenly, platforms reached at speed and lines that cross remote terrain far from any road. Standard contracts cover these accidents poorly, and evacuation and care costs climb quickly at height.

A dedicated personal accident insurance takes over: medical expenses, evacuation, repatriation and disability are covered according to your guarantees, at the adventure park as on giant lines. You can then fly over every valley with a free mind.

If you are injured during a zip line ride or an adventure park visit, follow these steps.

1. Contact the assistance service first. Before any medical expense, call the assistance number shown on your card. Its prior approval is required before any hospitalisation, surgery, medical transport or repatriation.

2. Follow the assistance instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its approval before incurring costs. It will direct you to the most suitable facility and organise your care according to your cover. Expenses incurred without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.

3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions, test results and invoices: they are essential to process your claim.
