If you are injured during a session, in the water as on the shore, follow these steps.

1. Contact the assistance service first. Before any medical expense, call the assistance number shown on your card. Its prior approval is required before any hospitalisation, surgery, medical transport or repatriation.

2. Follow the assistance instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its approval before incurring costs. It will direct you to the most suitable facility and organise your care according to your cover. Expenses incurred without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.

3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions, test results and invoices: they are essential to process your claim.

Our insurance covers the surfer, not the equipment. Board and wetsuit fall under the baggage option when travelling. Your injuries are covered in every plan.

Yes, with the competition option. Federation events, championships and international competitions fall under this option. Free sessions remain covered in every plan.
