Limestone cliffs, a 27 m drop, four guarantees waiting below

icon Frais médicaux

Hitting the water wrong at over 80 km/h, care up to €150,000

At more than 80 km/h, a slightly off-line entry is costly: a dislocated shoulder, compressed vertebrae, a burst eardrum or concussion. Medical costs up to €150,000 cover emergency treatment, scans, surgery and hospital stays in Italy, whichever country you call home.

icon Transport et rapatriement

From the rocks below the old town to a hospital bed

After a hard impact you are pulled out at the foot of the cliff, among rocks and spectator boats, and still need to reach the right hospital unit. Assistance and repatriation at actual cost organise the evacuation from the accident site, then your journey home, wherever you live.

icon Option compétition

Judged dives, a full season, the Competition option

Polignano a Mare is an official stop on a circuit that crosses several countries every season. The Competition option covers your judged dives here, on the other stops of the series and in every official competition on your calendar, alongside the training dives you make from the platform.

icon Capital invalidité

Spine and neck damage, a lump sum up to €200,000

High diving loads the spine on every entry, and one bad landing can leave lasting neck or lower back damage. Permanent disability capital up to €200,000 is paid if the after-effects are permanent, to adapt daily life or prepare for life after competition.

Where things go wrong above the Adriatic

It rarely takes much. A crosswind that nudges your body mid-flight, a swell that makes the water hard to read, one rotation too many when fatigue sets in on the final round. Divers enter feet first, yet at that speed any misalignment travels straight through the knees, the hips and the back.

Between stops you train in pools, off natural cliffs or at other rounds of the series, and the exposure never really drops. Individual accident high diving insurance stays with you in training and in competition, at home and abroad, whatever your country of residence.
