Why is Quad Cross insurance essential?

Quad cross consists in racing quads (ATV) on motocross circuits identical to the motorcycle ones. Race quads (Yamaha YFZ 450, Honda TRX 450R) weigh 200 kg for 60 hp, which makes them very accelerating. The French FFM Championship and, in the USA, the ATV Motocross National (Loretta Lynn's) and the GNCC are the references. Risks are specific: 3-8 m jumps with critical landings, backward wheelie flips and rider crushing under the quad.
