Why insure your parkour practice?

Parkour turns the city into a training ground with no mats: precision jumps onto concrete edges, drops that hammer knees and ankles and walls that punish the slightest misjudgement. Standard contracts cover this discipline poorly, and care costs add up quickly after a bad landing.

A dedicated personal accident insurance takes over: medical expenses, transport, rehabilitation and disability are covered according to your guarantees, in street training as at jams. You can then flow through every spot with a free mind.

Yes, cover applies when you travel abroad for a jam, a workshop or a competition. Medical costs incurred on site are handled and medical repatriation is arranged if your condition requires it.

Yes. An ankle injury from a hard landing or a bad drop is covered, including imaging, treatment and rehabilitation. Because ankles take the brunt of parkour landings, we advise a disability capital sized to your practice.

No. The cover is open to licensed traceurs and to self-taught practitioners alike. Whether you belong to a club or train independently, your personal accident insurance for parkour follows you across every session and jam.

If you are injured during a parkour session or jam, follow these steps.

1. Contact the assistance service first. Before any medical expense, call the assistance number shown on your card. Its prior approval is required before any hospitalisation, surgery, medical transport or repatriation.

2. Follow the assistance instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its approval before incurring costs. It will direct you to the most suitable facility and organise your care according to your cover. Expenses incurred without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.

3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions, test results and invoices: they are essential to process your claim.
