If you are injured during a ride, a training session or an event, follow these steps.

1. Contact the assistance service first. Before any medical expense, call the assistance number shown on your card. Its prior approval is required before any hospitalisation, surgery, medical transport or repatriation.

2. Follow the assistance instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its approval before incurring costs. It will direct you to the most suitable facility and organise your care according to your cover. Expenses incurred without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.

3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions, test results and invoices: they are essential to process your claim.

Yes, with the competition option. Timed sportives, federation races and gran fondos fall under this option. Free rides and training remain covered in every plan.

Our insurance covers the cyclist, not the bike. The baggage option can reimburse theft or loss of your equipment when travelling. For race damage, check your equipment insurance or your club.
