Coaches, FFH club leaders and athletes have made us their long-term partner, whether for one competition or a whole campaign. Our personal accident insurance for para table tennis follows them at every competition, in England and abroad, from regional meetings to the Paralympic Games. Also practising deaf badminton or wheelchair fencing? We also cover these disciplines, with the same simplicity of subscription.
Tendonitis or back pain: medical expenses are covered up to €150,000 depending on your plan.
Absolutely. Whether you train in an FFH club, compete on the IPC circuit or aim for the Paralympic Games, your para table tennis sessions are covered, at home and abroad.
It is. From casual weekend practice to official championships, the level of protection stays the same, and minors can be covered through a parent.
If you are injured during para table tennis training or a competition, follow these steps.
1. Contact the assistance service first. Before any medical expense, call the assistance number shown on your card. Its prior approval is required before any hospitalisation, surgery, medical transport or repatriation.
2. Follow the assistance instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its approval before incurring costs. It will direct you to the most suitable facility and organise your care according to your cover. Expenses incurred without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.
3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions, test results and invoices: they are essential to process your claim.
