Yes. Hypoxic blackouts in intense bottom effort (players stay 30-45 seconds in apnea, with collapsed oxygen on surface return) are fully covered. Teammate/referee rescue and post-drowning-avoided care are included.

Yes. The 1.3 kg lead puck projected at 30 km/h can cause fractures (hand, foot) and head trauma on impact. All are fully covered.

Yes. Junior U23 and Cadet U19 categories (with parental authorisation for minors) are covered with the Underwater Hockey Competition add-on. A specific minor rate applies.
