Why is squash insurance essential?

Squash is an intense sport structured by the WSF, played in a sealed court where a small ball is fired off the front and side walls at high speed. The endless sprints, deep lunges and abrupt stops in a confined space expose the elbow, shoulder, knees, ankles and eyes, and a bad lunge, a ball or racket impact or an over-used arm causes tennis elbow, sprains, eye injuries and contusions. Even in training, the pace takes its toll.

To meet these risks, a dedicated personal accident cover steps in: medical costs, care, rehabilitation and disability are covered according to your guarantees, in training and in WSF competition. You play with a free mind.

Injured on the court? A few clear steps keep you covered.

1. Call assistance first. Before any medical spending, dial the number on your card: its prior agreement is needed for any hospitalisation, procedure or repatriation.

2. Follow its instructions. Except in a vital emergency, wait for its agreement before incurring costs; it directs you to the right facility.

3. Keep every document. Initial medical certificate, reports and invoices are what let us settle your claim quickly.

Squash uses a small low-bounce ball and a longer racket, with the ceiling out of play, while racquetball uses a bigger bouncier ball, a shorter racket and allows the ceiling. Whatever your court, we cover squash as well as racquetball and badminton.
