The shot put combines a glide or a spin in the circle with an explosive extension to push a heavy shot. 2. Follow its instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its agreement before incurring costs; it directs you to the most suitable facility and organises your care.

3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions and invoices are essential to process your claim.
