Rallycross is sprint discipline on short circuits (800-1300 m) mixing asphalt/dirt. 600 hp Supercars (Polo R RX, Audi S1 EKS) reach 100 km/h in 1.9 seconds, 0-200 km/h under 5 seconds. Races oppose 5 cars on 5 lines at start with first-turn contact. Joker lap (mandatory longer lap once per race) creates strategic crossings with contact risks. Lohéac (mythic French event in September, 75,000 spectators) and world World RX (Lousada, Höljes snow Sweden, Riga, Barcelona, Nürburgring) crown the discipline. Mixed surfaces in asphalt to dirt transition require tyre changes and create skid risks in brutal grip loss.
