Slipped on a muddy bank? Treatment up to €150,000

Muddy banks, slick lake edges and wet obstacles cause sprains, dislocated shoulders and cuts. After a few trips through the water, your grip on the structures gets unreliable. Your medical costs up to €150,000 cover emergency treatment, hospital stays and surgery following the accident.

Hurt where vehicles cannot reach? Assistance comes to you

Not every part of the course is open to vehicles, and a soaked, injured runner gets cold fast in spring or autumn. When evacuation is needed, assistance and repatriation at actual cost organise your care from the accident site and your return home.

icon Option compétition

Spring and autumn editions, one Competition Option

Nuclear Races run several editions a year with timed formats. The Competition Option covers you in official competition on the race you choose and through your whole season, so coming back in autumn or adding other obstacle races keeps you protected.

icon Capital invalidité

Wrist or ankle left unstable? A lump sum up to €200,000

A poor landing or a fall from a hanging obstacle can leave an unstable ankle, a stiff wrist or a shoulder that never regains its strength. If the disability is permanent, the permanent disability benefit of up to €200,000 is paid at the recognised rate.

When Essex mud meets tired arms

The trap at Nuclear Races is the sequence: out of the water and straight onto a climb, with wet hands and heavy legs. Beginners often pick a format that is too long, underestimate how cold the submerged sections feel and overdo it on hanging obstacles. Shoulders and ankles are usually the first to give.

Between editions, obstacle racing is trained in the gym, outdoors and at other events. Obstacle race insurance covers that activity all year, in training and in competition, in England, France or anywhere else, whatever your country of residence. One cover for the whole season, whichever races you enter.
