Disability benefit
Up to €200,000 per person. Although minimoto stays at moderate speed (60-100 km/h), learning falls for young riders (6-15 years) can cause lasting fractures and trauma. Long-term protection is essential.
Why is Minimoto insurance essential?
Minimoto (50 to 110cc, Polini, Blata, Italjet) is the learning school for future motorcycle riders. The FFM organises Junior Cups and French youth championships, split into age categories (6-9, 10-12, 13-15 years), on karting circuits. Speeds stay moderate (60-100 km/h), but curve falls, slides and race-start contacts expose the child while learning. Accident insurance protects the young rider.
Our Minimoto insurance is the choice of young-rider parents and FFM riding schools. For larger engines, see Pit Bike. For motorcycle drift, see Drift moto.
From 6 years with parental authorisation and an FFM youth licence. The 6-9 year category is the first official competitive step. Riding schools accept from 5 years in initiation. Explore our plans.

The price depends on your options, your country of departure and the number of days covered. For a young rider in a full season (French youth championship), the annual plan with the Young Rider add-on is best. Reduced specific rate for minors. Get your quote online.
