Why insure your Camargue riding practice?

Camargue riding works with half-wild bulls in the marshes: sorting cattle at the gallop, abrivados through village streets and horses that pivot in a fraction of a second. Licences and standard contracts cover these accidents poorly, and care costs climb quickly after a fall among the herd.

A dedicated personal accident insurance takes over: medical expenses, evacuation, rehabilitation and disability are covered according to your guarantees, at the manade as at festivals. You can then ride every gathering with a free mind.

If you are injured during Camargue riding or a traditional festival, follow these steps.

1. Contact the assistance service first. Before any medical expense, call the assistance number shown on your card. Its prior approval is required before any hospitalisation, surgery, medical transport or repatriation.

2. Follow the assistance instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its approval before incurring costs. It will direct you to the most suitable facility and organise your care according to your cover. Expenses incurred without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.

3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions, test results and invoices: they are essential to process your claim.
