The Competition add-on covers national F4 championships (France FFSA, Italy ACI, Germany ADAC, Spain, UAE, Americas), pre-season collective testing and FFSA Academy evaluation stages.

Minor drivers cover

Up to €200,000 disability benefit. F4 accepts drivers from 14-15 years per championship. Our cover handles minors with parental consent, same caps as adults. Ideal for karting graduates.

Why is Formula 4 insurance essential?

Formula 4 is the first step of the FIA single-seater pathway : drivers from 14-15 years, single-seater ~200 km/h, maximum learning curve (karting to open-wheel transition). National F4 championships (France FFSA, Italy ACI, ADAC Germany, Spain, UAE, Americas) host young drivers in accelerated training. Collision risk is higher than F3 due to inexperience. Our cover is particularly suited to families investing in their child's career.

Yes, from 14 years. The contract is subscribed by the parent or legal guardian who signs for the minor. Caps (€150,000 medical, €200,000 disability) are identical for adults and minors.

All national FIA F4 championships : France (FFSA), Italy (ACI), Germany (ADAC), Spain, UAE, Americas, plus collective tests and school evaluation stages (FFSA Academy, Ferrari Junior, Red Bull). Explore our plans.

If the young driver still races karting while starting F4, two contracts are recommended : Karting (covers CIK FIA and club events) and Formula 4 (covers single-seater events). Our annual plan can include both in a single global "multi-discipline auto" contract.

F4 caps at 200 km/h (vs 250 in F3), so impacts are less violent. However drivers are younger (14-15 vs 17+ in F3) and less experienced, increasing collision frequency. Global risk is comparable, just of different nature.

The price depends on your options, your country of departure and the number of days covered. For an evaluation stage, the daily plan suits. For a national F4 season driver, the annual plan with Competition option is best. Get your quote online.
