Teams, tournament organisers and players trust us all year round, for a single event as for the whole season. Our personal accident insurance for esport follows them at every match, in England and abroad, from online qualifiers to international LAN finals. Also playing chess or practising speedcubing? We also cover these disciplines, with the same simplicity of subscription.

Yes. Many competitive players are young: minors can be insured through a parent or legal guardian, for training as for tournaments.
If you are injured during esport training or a tournament, follow these steps.
1. Contact the assistance service first. Before any medical expense, call the assistance number shown on your card. Its prior approval is required before any hospitalisation, surgery, medical transport or repatriation.
2. Follow the assistance instructions. Except in a life-threatening emergency, wait for its approval before incurring costs. It will direct you to the most suitable facility and organise your care according to your cover. Expenses incurred without prior approval cannot be reimbursed.
3. Keep all your supporting documents. Initial medical certificate, reports, prescriptions, test results and invoices: they are essential to process your claim.
