Accident cover shaped for Dolomite summers

icon Frais médicaux

Shattered wrist on Dolomite scree, care up to €150,000

Between flights, athletes climb scree slopes and rocky paths on foot. One slip, or a forced landing in a boulder field, can quickly mean a fracture. Medical expenses up to €150,000 pay for treatment, hospital stays and surgery following the accident, in Italy or wherever you end up.

icon Transport et rapatriement

Mountain rescue from a ledge below the walls

A pilot who lands on a ledge or at the foot of a Dolomite face rarely walks out alone. Assistance and repatriation at actual cost handle the evacuation from the accident site and your journey home afterwards, whatever your country of residence.

icon Option compétition

Official racing, at Superfly and beyond

Race tactics push pilots to link flights in strong thermals and stay close to the terrain. The Competition option covers official competition at Dolomiti Superfly and throughout your hike and fly season, so the rest of your race calendar is included too.

icon Capital invalidité

Lasting injury after striking rock, up to €200,000

A frontal collapse in punchy air or an impact against a rock face can leave lasting damage to the spine, pelvis or limbs. The permanent disability benefit, up to €200,000, helps fund the changes your daily life may need once your condition has stabilised.

Strong thermals, quick storms and tired legs

By late morning in July, Dolomite thermals turn powerful and cumulus can grow into storms surprisingly fast. Tired pilots stretch one flight too far, get caught by a gust near the walls or settle for a landing in a boulder field. Long descents on foot, legs heavy, account for plenty of twisted ankles as well.

Away from the race, the flying carries on: alpine cross-country, day-long hike and fly missions, piloting courses in the off-season. Our paragliding insurance is personal accident cover that follows you through every session, training or competition, at home or abroad, whichever country you call home.

It depends on your profile and the cover you pick, including the Competition option. The online quote shows your price in a few minutes, with no obligation, so you can decide before finalising your entry.
